Founding Volunteer and Former Director
LaToya A. Wiggins was involved with Unity & Pride Inc. from the organization’s beginning. During its first year, she served as a volunteer. In each subsequent year of her involvement, she served as a director and played a central role in planning, coordinating, and executing the organization’s community initiatives.
As a director, LaToya spearheaded fundraising, community networking, event planning, volunteer management, and strategic planning. She helped build relationships across public, nonprofit, educational, youth, and business sectors to support the organization’s events and community mission.
